This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by the Client for the engagement of a qualified Academic Researcher to conduct specialized research activities within the metropolitan area of Germany Munich. The Academic Researcher will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on a comprehensive research project aligned with the Client's stated objectives in the field of [specific discipline, e.g., applied economics, biomedical sciences, or digital humanities].

The engagement of the Academic Researcher will take place primarily at the Client's designated facility in Munich, with supplementary work conducted at the provider's research office located in the Schwabing district of Munich. All deliverables will conform to the academic standards expected by German universities and research institutions, including adherence to the German Research Foundation (DFG) guidelines where applicable.

The Academic Researcher assigned to this project holds a doctoral degree (Dr. rer. nat. / Dr. phil.) and possesses a minimum of eight years of post-doctoral experience in the relevant field. The researcher is fluent in both German and English, ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders in Germany Munich and international partners.

• A deposit of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (27,370.00 EUR gross) is due upon acceptance of this document and prior to the commencement of work by the Academic Researcher.
• The remaining 75% shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: 50% upon completion of the data collection phase (Week 9) and 50% upon delivery of the final research report.
• All payments are to be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account details specified above. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice date, in accordance with standard commercial practice in Germany Munich.
• Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB), plus a flat fee of 40.00 EUR per reminder.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the Academic Researcher may be subject to revision.
2. The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable German data protection regulations (GDPR / DSGVO) and institutional ethical guidelines throughout the duration of the engagement in Germany Munich.
3. All intellectual property generated as a direct result of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Client and the provider, unless otherwise agreed in a separate IP agreement.
4. The Academic Researcher is entitled to publish findings in peer-reviewed journals, subject to a 30-day prior notification to the Client for potential confidential information review.
5. Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies or government-mandated closures in Munich, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
6. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
