1. Scope of Services – Academic Researcher Engagement

This Quotation Estimate is issued by PT Nusantara Academic Consulting Services to formally outline the professional fees, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a qualified Academic Researcher to support the multi-disciplinary research project referenced above. All services will be conducted in accordance with the academic standards and ethical guidelines established by the Indonesian National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) and the relevant university research committees in Indonesia Jakarta.

The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate will hold a minimum of a Doctoral degree (S3) in a relevant discipline, possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-doctoral research experience, and demonstrate a proven publication record in peer-reviewed international journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science. The researcher will be based in Indonesia Jakarta for the duration of the primary research phase to ensure direct collaboration with the client's institutional team.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) installments via bank transfer to the account of PT Nusantara Academic Consulting Services, Bank Mandiri, Account No. 137-00-2345678-9, Jakarta, Indonesia Jakarta:
Installment 1 (40%): IDR 158,064,000 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Academic Researcher engagement.
Installment 2 (35%): IDR 138,306,000 – Due upon completion of the primary data collection phase (end of Week 15).
Installment 3 (25%): IDR 98,790,000 – Due upon final manuscript delivery and acceptance by the client's review committee.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires re-confirmation of pricing by PT Nusantara Academic Consulting Services.
The Academic Researcher assigned to this project shall be identified and approved by the client within ten (10) business days of contract signing. The researcher must be physically based in or regularly available in Indonesia Jakarta for a minimum of four (4) days per week during active research phases.
All intellectual property, data, and publications arising from this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and the Academic Researcher, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed concurrently with the main service contract.
The Academic Researcher is bound by strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 14 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions and the relevant university research ethics codes applicable in Indonesia Jakarta.
Any scope changes, additional fieldwork locations beyond those listed, or extensions of the project timeline exceeding ten (10) working days shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued as a formal addendum.
All services are subject to compliance with the research ethics review process (Komite Etik Penelitian) mandated by BRIN and the client's institutional review board in Indonesia Jakarta.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Indonesia Jakarta, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive Service Agreement in writing.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and conditions for the Academic Researcher engagement in Indonesia Jakarta. This document serves as the formal basis for the subsequent execution of the definitive Service Agreement.
