This document outlines the full scope of services, associated costs, deliverables, and contractual terms governing the proposed engagement.

The Academic Researcher proposed for this assignment holds a Doctorate in Political Science from a recognized institution, possesses a minimum of twelve (12) years of peer-reviewed publication experience, and has demonstrated expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies applicable to the socio-political context of Mexico, Mexico City. The researcher will operate under the direct academic supervision of the requesting faculty while maintaining full compliance with the ethical standards established by the Consejo Nacional de Humanidades, Ciencias y Tecnologías (CONAHCYT).

The Academic Researcher shall perform the following activities within the jurisdiction of Mexico, Mexico City:

• Design and execution of a mixed-methods research protocol covering a minimum of six (6) alcaldías (boroughs) within the Mexico City metropolitan area.
• Conduct of semi-structured interviews with no fewer than 120 public officials, community leaders, and civil society representatives across Mexico, Mexico City.
• Compilation, cleaning, and statistical analysis of secondary data sourced from the Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI) and the Sistema de Información Estadística del Gobierno de la Ciudad de México.
• Preparation of a minimum of three (3) peer-reviewed journal articles for submission to indexed publications (Scopus, Web of Science) during the contract period.
• Delivery of a final research monograph of no less than 250 pages, including appendices, data sets, and methodological documentation.
• Participation in two (2) academic conferences or symposiums held in Mexico, Mexico City or internationally, presenting preliminary and final findings.
• Monthly progress reporting to the supervising faculty member at UNAM, including interim data summaries and methodological adjustments.

All amounts are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and are subject to the tax regulations in force in the Federal District of Mexico, Mexico City, at the time of invoicing.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly installments corresponding to 1/12th of the grand total, payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the monthly invoice. The final payment, including the monograph delivery fee, shall be due within thirty (30) days of acceptance of the final deliverable by the supervising faculty. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Provider's designated account at Banco de México, Mexico City branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Ley de Instituciones de Crédito in Mexico.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Mexico, Mexico City.
2. The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable Mexican federal and local labor laws, including the Ley Federal del Trabajo and the regulations of the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS).
3. All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Provider and UNAM, as stipulated in the definitive service contract. The Academic Researcher retains the right to publish findings in accordance with academic freedom principles recognized in Mexican higher education law.
4. Confidentiality: The Academic Researcher shall treat all data collected in Mexico, Mexico City as strictly confidential, in compliance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares.
5. Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In such case, a pro-rata settlement of all services rendered to date shall be executed.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A definitive service agreement must be executed in writing, signed by authorized representatives of both parties, before any work commences.
7. Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Mexico City, in accordance with the Ley de Arbitraje Comercial de la Ciudad de México.
