This Quotation Estimate is issued by ScholarBridge Research Consultancy Ltd. to provide a comprehensive, itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Academic Researcher to deliver a multi-phase research project commissioned by the client. The engagement is situated within the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area and its surrounding regions, where the Academic Researcher will conduct primary data collection, secondary literature analysis, statistical modelling, and the preparation of peer-reviewable manuscripts.
The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Doctorate (PhD) in the relevant discipline, possess a minimum of five (5) years of post-doctoral research experience, and demonstrate a proven track record of publications in internationally indexed journals. All deliverables will be aligned with the ethical standards of the National Research Ethics Committee (NREC) of Nigeria and the institutional review board of the client organisation located in Nigeria Lagos.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones, all payable to the account of ScholarBridge Research Consultancy Ltd. via bank transfer to a designated account domiciled in Nigeria Lagos:
- Milestone 1 (30%): NGN 8,021,865 – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and commencement of the Academic Researcher engagement.
- Milestone 2 (25%): NGN 6,684,888 – Due at the completion of Month 4 (end of primary data collection phase).
- Milestone 3 (25%): NGN 6,684,888 – Due at the completion of Month 8 (end of data analysis and manuscript drafting).
- Milestone 4 (20%): NGN 5,347,917 – Due upon final delivery of all reports, published manuscripts, and project close-out documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- The Academic Researcher shall devote a minimum of 40 hours per week to the project. Any additional hours beyond this threshold will be billed at NGN 15,000 per hour and require prior written approval from the client.
- All intellectual property generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and ScholarBridge Research Consultancy Ltd., as stipulated in the separate Master Service Agreement.
- The Academic Researcher is bound by a strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement covering all data, findings, and proprietary information encountered during the project in Nigeria Lagos.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-imposed lockdowns, civil unrest, or natural disasters affecting the Nigeria Lagos area, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
- All costs are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN). In the event of significant currency fluctuation exceeding 15% during the project period, either party may request a good-faith renegotiation of remaining balances.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorises ScholarBridge Research Consultancy Ltd. to proceed with the engagement of the Academic Researcher as described herein. This acceptance constitutes a binding commitment subject to the terms and conditions outlined above.
