The scope of work outlined herein encompasses the full spectrum of academic research activities, including but not limited to literature reviews, data collection, statistical analysis, report drafting, and peer-reviewed publication support. This Quotation Estimate is prepared in accordance with the commercial regulations of Qatar and reflects current market rates for Academic Researcher services in the Qatar Doha region as of the date of issue.

The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables while operating out of the Qatar Doha metropolitan area:

• Research Design & Methodology Development: Formulation of a rigorous research framework, selection of appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies, and development of a detailed research protocol tailored to the client's specific academic or institutional objectives.
• Literature Review & Bibliographic Analysis: Comprehensive review of existing academic literature, databases, and published works relevant to the research topic, with a minimum of 150 peer-reviewed sources incorporated into the final deliverable.
• Data Collection & Fieldwork: Execution of primary data collection activities, including structured surveys, semi-structured interviews, and observational studies, conducted within the Qatar Doha area and, where necessary, across other emirates of the State of Qatar.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Application of advanced statistical software (SPSS, R, NVivo, or equivalent) to analyze collected data, generate meaningful insights, and produce visual representations of findings.
• Report Writing & Academic Publication: Preparation of a comprehensive research report of no fewer than 80 pages, formatted in accordance with APA 7th edition guidelines, suitable for submission to Qatari academic institutions or international peer-reviewed journals.
• Consultation & Advisory Sessions: A minimum of six (6) in-person consultation meetings per month held at the client's premises in Qatar Doha, or at the Academic Researcher's designated workspace, to provide progress updates, address queries, and refine the research direction.
• Compliance & Ethical Oversight: Ensuring full compliance with Qatar's national research ethics guidelines, data protection regulations, and institutional review board (IRB) requirements applicable in Qatar Doha.

The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable by the Client to Qatar Doha Academic & Research Consultancy LLC in accordance with the following schedule:

• Mid-Project Payment (40%): QAR 162,834.00 – Due at the completion of the data collection and analysis phase (approximately Month 3).
• Final Payment (30%): QAR 122,125.50 – Due upon delivery and formal acceptance of the final research report and all associated deliverables.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company's designated account in Qatar Doha. Invoices will be issued in Qatari Riyals and are subject to the 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by the Qatar Tax Authority.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Academic Researcher are subject to revision.
• The Academic Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all data, findings, and proprietary information encountered during the course of the project in Qatar Doha.
• Any changes to the scope of work, additional deliverables, or extensions of the project timeline must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before implementation.
• The Academic Researcher shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including but not limited to labor laws, data protection statutes, and academic integrity policies in force in Qatar Doha.
• Intellectual property rights in the final research deliverables shall vest in the Client upon full and final payment, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Qatar Doha, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC) in Doha.
