This Quotation Estimate is issued by Northern Academic Partners LLC in response to the formal request submitted by the Department of Applied Sciences at Saint Petersburg State University. The Academic Researcher will be based in Russia Saint Petersburg and will operate under the direct academic supervision of the client institution while maintaining the professional standards expected of a senior research professional in the Russian Federation.

The scope encompasses literature review, experimental design, data collection and analysis, peer-reviewed manuscript drafting, and presentation of findings at the annual Saint Petersburg International Academic Conference. All deliverables will comply with the ethical guidelines established by the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the institutional research integrity policies of the host university.

25% final payment upon submission of both journal articles and completion of the conference presentation, verified by the client's departmental head.
All payments to be made via bank transfer to the account of Northern Academic Partners LLC, Sberbank, Saint Petersburg branch. Wire transfers in USD will be converted at the Central Bank of Russia's official exchange rate on the day of transaction.
Late payments shall accrue interest at 0.1% per calendar day in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding offer until formally accepted in writing by the client. Acceptance must be communicated within the validity period stated above.
The Academic Researcher named in this estimate is Dr. Anna K. Volkova. In the event of unavoidable absence exceeding ten working days, a replacement of equivalent or superior qualification will be proposed to the client for approval.
All intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and the Academic Researcher, as stipulated in the separate IP addendum to the master agreement.
Confidentiality obligations under the Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and the institution's data protection policy shall apply throughout the engagement and for a period of five years thereafter.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures of academic institutions in Russia Saint Petersburg, shall suspend obligations without penalty for a period not exceeding sixty days.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration at the Saint Petersburg International Commercial Arbitration Court (SCC) in accordance with its rules.
This document constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the commercial terms between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, correspondence, or estimates.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms that the scope of work described herein accurately reflects the requirements of the Department of Applied Sciences, and authorises Northern Academic Partners LLC to proceed with the engagement of the specified Academic Researcher in Russia Saint Petersburg upon satisfaction of the payment terms outlined in Section 3.
