• Initial Deposit: 30% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (¥ 145,230) due within 10 business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• Quarterly Installments: The remaining 70% shall be paid in four equal quarterly installments of ¥ 84,742.50, due on the 5th business day of January, April, July, and October 2025.
• Ad-hoc Advisory Fees: Billed monthly in arrears with a 15-day payment term from the date of invoice issuance.
