This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically to outline the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for engaging a qualified Accountant to support Sunrise Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at your premises in India Bangalore. We are committed to delivering accurate, timely, and compliant accounting services that align with the Indian Companies Act, 2013, the Income Tax Act, 1961, and all applicable GST regulations enforced by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs.

1. Scope of Work – Accountant Services

The Accountant assigned under this Quotation Estimate will perform the following duties on a full-time basis (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM) at your office in India Bangalore:

Daily bookkeeping and maintenance of general ledgers using Tally Prime / QuickBooks accounting software.
Preparation and filing of monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and quarterly GSTR-9C reconciliation.
Computation and filing of monthly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q) and annual TDS returns (Form 26AS reconciliation).
Preparation of monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
Bank reconciliation statements on a monthly basis for all active bank accounts.
Payroll processing for up to 50 employees, including PF, ESI, and professional tax deductions applicable in Karnataka, India Bangalore.
Assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit-ready documentation for statutory auditors.
Vendor and customer account reconciliation, aging analysis, and follow-up on outstanding receivables and payables.
Compliance with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) filings including AOC-4, MGT-7, and DIR-3 KYC.
Ad-hoc financial reporting and ad-hoc queries as directed by the Finance Head or Director.

2. Qualifications of the Accountant

The Accountant deployed under this engagement will hold a minimum of a B.Com degree with a CA Inter or ACCA qualification, and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting within the India Bangalore business ecosystem. The candidate will be proficient in Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel (advanced), and GST portal operations. Prior experience in IT/ITeS sector accounting in India Bangalore is strongly preferred.

* All amounts are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes in scope after acceptance will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.

4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in India Bangalore.
Payment Terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining 50% to be paid in equal monthly installments over the 12-month engagement period.
The Accountant shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a confidentiality clause covering all financial data, client information, and proprietary records of Sunrise Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Working hours shall be Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, at the client's office in Whitefield, India Bangalore. Remote work is not included in this Quotation Estimate.
Any additional services beyond the scope defined herein (e.g., tax planning, transfer pricing, international accounting) will be quoted separately via a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
The client shall provide all necessary access to accounting software, bank statements, vendor invoices, and statutory records to enable the Accountant to perform duties efficiently.
Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In case of early termination, pro-rata charges for the unfulfilled period shall apply.
All statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, MCA) shall be completed within the deadlines prescribed by the respective authorities. Penalties arising due to client's delay in providing data shall be borne by the client.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Bangalore.

5. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Accountant in India Bangalore.
