The following services will be rendered by our designated Accountant, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) of the Philippines, with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in corporate accounting within the Philippines Manila metropolitan area:

• Monthly Bookkeeping & General Ledger Maintenance: Complete recording of all financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries for the Philippines Manila operations.
• Monthly Financial Statement Preparation: Preparation of Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements in compliance with PFRS and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements.
• Tax Compliance & Filing: Preparation and submission of all monthly and quarterly tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, Percentage Tax, Expanded Withholding Tax) to the BIR offices in Philippines Manila. This includes annual Income Tax Return (ITR) filing.
• Payroll Processing & Compliance: Monthly computation of employee salaries, 13th-month pay, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions in accordance with Philippine labor laws.
• Annual Audit Support: Coordination and support for the annual statutory audit, including preparation of audit schedules, trial balances, and management representations.
• Advisory & Financial Planning: Quarterly advisory sessions on cash flow management, budgeting, cost control strategies, and financial forecasting tailored to the Philippines Manila market conditions.
• Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring of changes in Philippine tax laws, SEC regulations, and local ordinances applicable to businesses operating in Philippines Manila.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Philippines Manila.
• Payment shall be made on a monthly basis, due on or before the 5th business day of each month, via bank transfer to our designated account at BDO Unibank, Philippines Manila branch.
• A twenty percent (20%) advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence the Accountant engagement.
• Overdue payments shall incur a late charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month on the outstanding balance.
• All costs are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of the Accountant's professional fees, travel within the Philippines Manila metro area, and standard office supplies.

• The designated Accountant shall maintain strict confidentiality of all financial records, proprietary data, and business information of Reyes Trading & Logistics Corp. in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a Service Agreement is executed.
• The engagement may be terminated by either party with a thirty (30) day written notice. Upon termination, all completed work up to the termination date shall be billed accordingly.
• Our liability under this engagement is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of financial information prepared by the Accountant.
• All services shall be performed in compliance with the Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants as promulgated by the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
• Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written agreement and additional fees.
