The following services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a professional Actor based in Argentina Buenos Aires:
- Principal Actor Performance: Casting, rehearsal, and on-set performance of a lead or supporting role as specified in the attached creative brief. The Actor shall be available for a minimum of twelve (12) shooting days within the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area.
- Rehearsal Period: Three (3) full days of table reads, blocking rehearsals, and technical run-throughs to be conducted at the production studio located in the San Telmo or Palermo district of Buenos Aires.
- On-Set Availability: The Actor shall be present on set from 07:00 to 19:00 (with a one-hour meal break) for each scheduled shooting day. Overtime beyond 12 hours per day will be compensated at 1.5x the daily rate.
- Voice-Over / Dubbing Sessions: Up to four (4) hours of professional voice-over recording in a certified studio in Buenos Aires, should the production require audio post-production work.
- Promotional Appearances: Two (2) public appearances or press events in Buenos Aires for the marketing and launch of the final production, including red-carpet attendance and interview availability.
- Wardrobe & Grooming Coordination: The Actor shall attend all fittings and grooming sessions as directed by the production's costume and makeup departments.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Estrella Producciones S.A. (CUIT: 30-71234567-8, Banco Nación Argentina, CBU: 0110001000001234567890) according to the following schedule:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, no later than five (5) business days prior to the first rehearsal day.
- 40% Mid-Production Payment: Due upon completion of the sixth (6th) shooting day, to be invoiced within 48 hours of the milestone.
- 30% Final Payment: Due within ten (10) business days following the final delivery of all performance and promotional services.
Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) for overdue commercial obligations, calculated on a daily basis from the due date until full settlement.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-binding until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it constitutes a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the Province of Buenos Aires and the Argentine Republic.
- The Actor's performance rights, image rights, and likeness usage are licensed exclusively to the Client for the duration and territories specified in the attached rider. Any extension of usage beyond the agreed scope requires a separate written amendment and additional compensation.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the Client, all fees for days already performed plus 50% of the remaining contracted days shall be due.
- The Actor reserves the right to refuse any scene or direction that violates Argentine labor law, professional ethics standards, or the terms of the SAG-AFTRA-equivalent collective bargaining agreement applicable in Buenos Aires.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with the rules of the Argentine Chamber of Commerce.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of box-office performance, audience reception, or commercial success of the final production.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor in Argentina Buenos Aires.
