This Quotation Estimate is issued by Brisbane Performance Arts Agency Pty Ltd to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a professional Actor for the production titled "Sunset Over the Story Bridge", a feature-length independent film to be shot primarily in and around Australia Brisbane. The following Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a principal Actor for the specified production. The Actor will be engaged for a period of twenty-two (22) principal photography days, with an additional four (4) days allocated for rehearsals, table reads, and script preparation. All services will be delivered in accordance with the Australian Actors Equity (AE) minimum engagement standards and applicable Queensland industrial legislation.
The Actor's responsibilities under this Quotation Estimate include, but are not limited to: attending all scheduled rehearsals in Brisbane; performing principal photography scenes as directed; participating in voice-over sessions; attending post-production dubbing and ADR sessions; and providing up to three (3) promotional appearances in Australia Brisbane for the film's marketing and distribution campaign.

This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment milestones for the Actor's engagement:
- Deposit (30%): $48,533.10 – Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Actor's engagement contract.
- Second Payment (40%): $64,710.80 – Due on the first day of principal photography in Brisbane.
- Final Payment (30%): $48,533.10 – Due within fourteen (14) calendar days following the completion of all shooting, ADR, and promotional obligations.
All payments shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the nominated bank account of Brisbane Performance Arts Agency Pty Ltd. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per Queensland commercial tenancy and contract law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Actor are subject to reconfirmation.
- The Actor's engagement is contingent upon the execution of a formal contract in accordance with Australian Actors Equity (AE) minimum terms and the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
- All work performed by the Actor shall take place within the Australia Brisbane metropolitan area and approved Queensland filming locations as specified in the production schedule. Any travel outside this region will be subject to a separate Quotation Estimate amendment.
- The production company shall provide a safe working environment in compliance with Queensland Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations. The Actor reserves the right to cease work if safety standards are not met.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, additional days, or scope modifications must be agreed in writing and will be reflected in a revised Quotation Estimate.
- The Actor grants the production company a limited, non-exclusive licence to use their name, likeness, and performance for the distribution and marketing of the film, subject to the terms of the engagement contract.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia Brisbane.
Please note that this Quotation Estimate assumes standard working hours of ten (10) hours per day, including a one-hour meal break. Any overtime beyond the contracted hours will be billed at 1.5 times the daily rate, prorated per hour. The Actor will be provided with a dedicated dressing room, on-set transportation within the Brisbane filming precinct, and access to a production coordinator for scheduling queries.
Brisbane Performance Arts Agency Pty Ltd is a registered agent in Australia Brisbane and holds all necessary licences and insurance to facilitate the engagement of performing artists for film, television, and commercial productions in Queensland and across Australia.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for the Actor's services as detailed herein. This acceptance constitutes agreement to all terms, conditions, and payment schedules outlined in this document.
