The Actor selected for this engagement is a professionally trained performer with a minimum of ten years of stage and screen experience, fluent in both French and Dutch, and fully versed in the theatrical traditions of Belgium Brussels. The Actor will be available for a period of fourteen (14) consecutive working days, commencing on 1 September 2025, at the designated venue in central Brussels.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, all rates are subject to revision based on current market conditions in Belgium Brussels.
• Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the final performance day. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date via bank transfer to the RIB specified above.
• Actor Availability: The Actor's schedule is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. In the event of force majeure (illness, natural disaster, government-mandated closure in Belgium Brussels), the Actor's engagement may be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
• Working Hours: Standard working day for the Actor is ten (10) hours including one (1) hour meal break. Overtime beyond ten hours is billed at 1.5× the daily rate, prorated per hour.
• Intellectual Property: All performances, recordings, and visual material featuring the Actor remain the property of the client upon full payment. The Actor retains the right to include the work in their professional portfolio and showreel, subject to a 90-day embargo period.
• Belgian Legal Compliance: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate comply with the Belgian Code of Labour, the specific regulations of the Brussels-Capital Region regarding performing arts, and the applicable social security contributions for artists registered in Belgium.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than 30 days before the start date incurs a 20% fee. Cancellation between 30 and 14 days incurs a 50% fee. Cancellation within 14 days of the start date is subject to 100% of the contracted amount.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels, Belgium Brussels, in accordance with Belgian law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor in Belgium Brussels. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
