This Quotation Estimate is issued by Lyonnaise Casting & Performance Agency in relation to the professional engagement of a principal Actor for a production to be filmed and staged in France Lyon and its surrounding metropolitan area. The services described herein encompass the full scope of the Actor’s professional obligations, including but not limited to rehearsals, principal photography, on-set direction sessions, voice-over recordings, and any ancillary promotional appearances required by the production schedule within the Lyon region.

The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a professionally trained and experienced performer, fluent in both French and English, with a minimum of ten (10) years of stage and screen experience. The Actor will be available for a continuous engagement period of twenty-two (22) working days, commencing on 1 September 2025 and concluding on 22 September 2025, with all principal filming to take place at approved studios and on-location sites within France Lyon, including but not limited to the Confluence district, the Presqu’île de Lyon, and the historic Vieux Lyon UNESCO heritage quarter.

All amounts are quoted in Euros (EUR). VAT is applied at the French standard rate of 20%, as applicable to services rendered in France Lyon. This Quotation Estimate does not include any additional costs arising from schedule extensions, overtime beyond twelve (12) hours per day, or travel outside the Lyon metropolitan area unless expressly agreed in writing.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Actor must be reconfirmed in writing by the agency.
Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall constitute a binding agreement between the Client and Lyonnaise Casting & Performance Agency for the engagement of the Actor as described herein, subject to the execution of a formal production contract.
Payment terms: 40% of the total amount is due upon signing of the production contract; 40% is due upon commencement of principal photography in France Lyon; the remaining 20% is due within fourteen (14) days of the Actor’s final working day.
The Actor’s daily working hours in France Lyon shall not exceed twelve (12) hours, including meal breaks. Any work beyond this threshold shall be compensated at 1.5 times the standard daily rate.
All filming and rehearsal locations within France Lyon must comply with French labour law (Code du Travail) and applicable safety regulations. The production company assumes full responsibility for on-site safety and permits.
The Actor retains full moral rights over their performance in accordance with French intellectual property law (Code de la Propriété Intellectuelle). The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive licence for the specific production described in this Quotation Estimate.
Force majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party (including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting France Lyon), the affected party shall notify the other within forty-eight (48) hours, and the schedule shall be adjusted by mutual written agreement.
This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lyon, France.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this Quotation Estimate, the identity of the Actor, and all production details until such time as the Client authorises public disclosure in writing.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate has been reviewed in full, that all terms relating to the Actor’s engagement in France Lyon are understood and accepted, and that the financial obligations set out herein are agreed. This signature does not yet constitute a final production contract but serves as a binding expression of intent to proceed to the formal contracting stage within ten (10) business days.
