The Actor's engagement period in France Marseille is projected to span from 1 August 2025 through 31 August 2025, inclusive of pre-production rehearsals, principal photography, and post-production voice work. All on-set days are scheduled between 07:00 and 19:00 local time (CET). Any shooting day exceeding ten (10) hours of active work will be compensated at 1.5 times the daily rate specified in Item 01 of this Quotation Estimate. Location-specific travel within the Marseille metropolitan area, including transfers to the Calanques and the island of Marseille (Île de Marseille), is included under Item 06.
Payment of the total Quotation Estimate amount of EUR 94,811.40 shall be structured as follows: (a) a non-refundable deposit of 30% (EUR 28,443.42) due within ten (10) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; (b) a second installment of 40% (EUR 37,924.56) payable upon commencement of principal photography in France Marseille; and (c) a final balance of 30% (EUR 28,443.42) payable within fifteen (15) business days following the Actor's final on-set day. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the agency's designated account in Marseille, France. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).
Should the production be cancelled by the client prior to the Actor's first scheduled day in France Marseille, the deposit of 30% shall be retained by the agency as compensation for the Actor's reserved availability. Cancellation after the commencement of principal photography shall result in the Actor being compensated for all days already worked plus a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining contracted days. In the event of force majeure as defined under French civil law (Code civil, Articles 1218–1220), including but not limited to severe weather affecting the Calanques filming locations, governmental health restrictions in Marseille, or natural disasters, both parties shall negotiate in good faith to reschedule the affected days without additional penalty to the Actor.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates, particularly the Actor's daily fee and accommodation costs in France Marseille, are subject to revision.
- The Actor's image, name, and likeness may be used exclusively for the promotion and distribution of the film "Les Vagues du Sud" for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the film's initial theatrical release in France.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille, France.
- The Actor shall comply with all French labor regulations, on-set safety protocols, and the specific working conditions mandated by the French Ministry of Culture for film productions in Marseille and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the execution of the definitive Actor Engagement Agreement.
- All intellectual property rights in the Actor's performance shall be assigned to the production company upon full and final payment of this Quotation Estimate, in compliance with French copyright law (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).
