3. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on market conditions in the India New Delhi entertainment industry.
3.2 Payment Terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total amount shall be payable as an advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within seven (7) working days from the completion of the final shoot day. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Stellar Performers Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.
3.3 Actor Availability: The specific Actor named in the attached rider (Annexure A) is confirmed for the dates mentioned. In the event of unforeseen unavailability, an equivalent-calibre replacement Actor shall be proposed to the client for approval within twenty-four (24) hours, at no additional cost.
3.4 Working Hours: Standard working hours for the Actor shall be ten (10) hours per day, inclusive of a one-hour meal break. Any work beyond the stipulated hours shall be billed at the overtime rate specified in Line Item 8 of this Quotation Estimate.
3.5 Location: All shooting, rehearsal, and recording activities shall take place within the geographical boundaries of India New Delhi and its immediate National Capital Region (NCR). Travel to locations outside this area shall be subject to a separate cost assessment.
3.6 Usage Rights: The usage rights granted under this Quotation Estimate are limited to the territories and platforms specified. Any additional usage, including international broadcast, social media beyond 12 months, or use in derivative works, shall require a separate written agreement and additional fees.
3.7 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled shoot date shall incur a 25% penalty on the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation within fourteen days shall incur a 50% penalty. Cancellation on the day of the shoot shall result in full payment of the advance.
3.8 Insurance & Liability: The client shall arrange adequate production insurance covering the Actor, crew, and equipment for all activities conducted in India New Delhi. Stellar Performers Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the client's production environment.
3.9 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the content of this Quotation Estimate, the script, and all production materials. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without mutual written consent.
3.10 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
4. Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms, conditions, and rates outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Actor in India New Delhi. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding commercial agreement.
