This Quotation Estimate for Actor services in Italy Rome shall be settled as follows: 40% of the total amount shall be due upon execution of the definitive contract; 35% shall be payable upon commencement of principal photography; and the remaining 25% shall be due within fifteen (15) business days following the final delivery of all Actor performance obligations. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the Castell Productions S.r.l. account held in Rome, Italy. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Italian commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for Actor engagement in Italy Rome are subject to revision based on market availability and demand.
• The Actor named under this Quotation Estimate is engaged exclusively for the production described herein. Any additional appearances, endorsements, or secondary uses of the Actor's likeness in Italy Rome or internationally shall require a separate written agreement and additional compensation.
• All Actor services shall be performed in compliance with Italian labour law, SIAE collective bargaining agreements, and ANICA industry standards applicable to performing artists in Italy Rome.
• Castello Productions S.r.l. reserves the right to substitute the Actor with a performer of equivalent or superior calibre should unforeseen circumstances (illness, injury, or force majeure) prevent the original Actor from fulfilling obligations in Italy Rome. Such substitution shall not alter the financial terms of this Quotation Estimate.
• The client agrees to provide a safe working environment for the Actor at all filming locations within Italy Rome and to adhere to all Italian health and safety regulations governing film production.
• Any changes to the shooting schedule, location within Italy Rome, or scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least seven (7) business days in advance. Schedule changes resulting in additional Actor days beyond the contingency allowance shall be billed at the applicable daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive production agreement. All terms herein are subject to final legal review by the parties' respective counsel in Italy Rome.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Actor engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Rome, Italy, in accordance with the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Rome.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Actor services in Italy Rome and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein. This acceptance does not constitute a final contract but serves as a binding expression of intent to proceed to definitive contract negotiations within the validity period stated above.
