This Quotation Estimate is issued to formally outline the professional services to be rendered by a contracted Actor for the production titled "Silk Road Chronicles – Episode 4", to be filmed in and around the city of Kazakhstan Almaty. The Actor will be engaged for a principal supporting role requiring on-set performance, voice-over recording, and promotional appearances. All services will be delivered in accordance with the production schedule agreed upon by both parties and in compliance with the labor and entertainment regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Actor engagement covers the following deliverables:
- On-set principal acting for a minimum of 12 full shooting days (10-hour workdays) at designated locations in Kazakhstan Almaty, including the Almaty Film Studio complex and outdoor locations in the Alatau mountain foothills.
- Two (2) dedicated voice-over recording sessions at a certified studio in Almaty, totaling no more than 6 hours of recorded material.
- Attendance at two (2) promotional events or press conferences in Kazakhstan Almaty, each lasting up to 3 hours, including travel within the city.
- Pre-production participation: one (1) table read and one (1) costume fitting session, each not exceeding 4 hours.
- Availability for up to 4 hours of reshoot or pickup work within 30 days of principal photography completion.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Actor may be subject to revision.
- The Actor shall be provided with a safe working environment in accordance with Kazakhstan labor law. Working hours shall not exceed 12 consecutive hours including breaks, as stipulated by the Republic of Kazakhstan Labor Code.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location within Kazakhstan Almaty, or scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Schedule changes may incur additional fees as mutually agreed.
- The Actor grants the production company a limited, non-exclusive license to use their likeness, voice, and performance for the specific production and its associated promotional materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of first public release.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with fourteen (14) days' written notice. In the event of early termination by the Client, the Actor shall be compensated for all days worked plus a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the remaining contract value.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Center.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate shall be indicated by written signature and return to the provider within the validity period.
