This Quotation Estimate is issued by Amsterdam Entertainment & Casting Agency B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency") in response to the client's request for professional Actor services to be performed within the city of Netherlands Amsterdam and its surrounding metropolitan area. This document outlines the scope of work, associated costs, and contractual terms governing the engagement of the Actor for the specified production or event. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is subject to the conditions detailed herein and remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.

The Agency is pleased to present this Quotation Estimate for the professional engagement of a qualified Actor to perform in a commercial production, theatrical performance, or corporate event to be staged in Netherlands Amsterdam. The Actor shall be available for the duration specified below and shall comply with all applicable Dutch labour regulations, including those governed by the Dutch Working Conditions Act (Arbeidsomstandighedenwet) and the collective labour agreement for the performing arts sector (CAO Podiumkunsten).

The Actor will be responsible for rehearsing, performing, and delivering the scripted or improvised material as directed by the client's creative team. All performances will take place at venues located within the municipality of Amsterdam, Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Agency guarantees that the Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds valid Dutch work permits and professional insurance coverage as required by local and national law.

• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for the Actor services in Netherlands Amsterdam are subject to revision based on market conditions and availability.
• Payment Terms: A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced within five (5) business days following the final performance date of the Actor in Amsterdam.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the client more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled performance date will incur a fee of 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days will incur a fee of 75%. No refund is provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the performance.
• Actor Availability: The Agency will confirm the Actor's availability in writing within five (5) business days of receiving the signed Quotation Estimate. In the event the specific Actor is unavailable, the Agency will propose an equivalent replacement of comparable calibre at no additional cost.
• Working Hours & Overtime: Standard working hours for the Actor in Netherlands Amsterdam are eight (8) hours per day. Overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate as stipulated in the Dutch CAO Podiumkunsten.
• Intellectual Property: All performance rights, recordings, and visual media captured during the Actor's engagement in Amsterdam shall be the property of the client, subject to the Actor's moral rights under Dutch copyright law (Auteurswet).
• Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health restrictions affecting the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
