1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Madrid Talent & Performance Agency S.L., a registered talent representation firm operating in Spain Madrid, to provide a comprehensive and binding cost breakdown for the professional engagement of a contracted Actor for the client's production, commercial, or event requirements. The Actor shall be a registered professional performer in good standing with the relevant Spanish performing arts unions (including but not limited to AIE – Asociación de Intérpretes). 4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for the Actor engagement in Spain Madrid are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of principal Actor shooting days in Madrid, Spain; and 20% upon final delivery and sign-off of all post-production Actor work.
- All payments shall be made in Euros (EUR) via bank transfer to the agency's designated account in Madrid, Spain. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate established by Spanish commercial law (Ley de Morosidad).
- The Actor's availability is confirmed provisionally upon receipt of the advance deposit. Failure to secure the Actor within the validity period of this Quotation Estimate may result in rebooking at updated rates.
- Any changes to the scope of Actor services, additional shooting days, or relocation of the production outside the Madrid, Spain area must be agreed in writing and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive Service Agreement. The definitive contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain and the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
- The Actor shall comply with all applicable Spanish labour regulations, performing arts union agreements, and local Madrid municipal permits required for filming or public performance.
- Intellectual property and usage rights for any material featuring the Actor shall be defined in the definitive contract. This Quotation Estimate does not transfer any rights beyond the scope of the agreed engagement in Spain Madrid.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions in Madrid, Spain, shall suspend obligations under this Quotation Estimate without penalty to either party.
5. Acceptance & Signature
