The following Quotation Estimate covers the full engagement of a professional Actor (or ensemble of Actors, as specified) for a project to be executed in the Valencia, Spain metropolitan area and its surrounding municipalities. The Actor services include, but are not limited to, the following deliverables:

• Pre-Production Consultation: The Actor will attend up to two (2) script reading sessions and character development workshops held at the agency's studio in Valencia, Spain, to ensure full alignment with the creative vision of the project.
• Rehearsal Period: A minimum of five (5) full rehearsal days (8 hours per day) at a designated rehearsal space in Valencia, Spain, to be coordinated with the production team.
• Principal Photography / Performance: Up to ten (10) shooting or performance days (12 hours per day, including breaks) at agreed-upon locations within Valencia, Spain, including but not limited to the historic city centre, the Turia Gardens, the Marina Real Juan Carlos I waterfront, or studio facilities in the Patraix district.
• Wardrobe & Grooming Coordination: The Actor will cooperate with the production's costume and makeup departments. Any specific wardrobe requirements unique to the Actor's role will be noted separately in this Quotation Estimate.
• Post-Production Support: The Actor will be available for up to two (2) additional days for voice-over recording, ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement), or reshoots as reasonably requested by the director, to be conducted in Valencia, Spain.

As part of this Quotation Estimate, the following payment schedule applies to the Actor engagement in Valencia, Spain:

• 40% Advance Payment: Due upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the formal service agreement. This secures the Actor's availability and reserves the shooting dates in Valencia, Spain.
• 40% Mid-Production Payment: Due upon completion of the fifth (5th) principal photography day.
• 20% Final Payment: Due within fifteen (15) calendar days following the completion of all post-production sessions and delivery of final materials.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the agency's designated account in Valencia, Spain. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Spanish commercial law (Ley 3/2004 de lucha contra la morosidad).

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates for the Actor services in Valencia, Spain are subject to revision.
• The Actor's availability is contingent upon the receipt of the 40% advance payment. Failure to remit payment within ten (10) business days of acceptance will result in the release of the Actor's booking.
• Any changes to the shooting schedule, location within Valencia, Spain, or the scope of the Actor's role must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days in advance. Additional days or extended hours will be billed at the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• The Actor is engaged as an independent contractor. The agency is responsible for all Spanish tax obligations, including IRNR (Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes) where applicable, and contributions to the Spanish Social Security system.
• All intellectual property rights in the final filmed or recorded material shall vest in the Client, subject to the Actor's moral rights as protected under Spanish intellectual property law (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996).
• This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the services described herein shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
• The Actor agrees to maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and adherence to all safety protocols on set, in compliance with Spanish labour and occupational health regulations.
