The total amount specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed according to the following milestone-based schedule, ensuring mutual financial security for both the Actor and the production company operating in Turkey Istanbul:
- 30% advance payment ($83,115) — due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, prior to the Actor's first rehearsal day.
- 40% mid-production payment ($110,820) — due upon completion of day 25 of principal photography in Turkey Istanbul.
- 30% final payment ($83,115) — due within 15 business days following the Actor's final post-production session and delivery of all promotional obligations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Actor's services in Turkey Istanbul are subject to renegotiation due to market fluctuations in the Turkish entertainment industry.
- The Actor's engagement is exclusive to this production for the duration specified herein. No concurrent acting commitments within Turkey Istanbul or internationally are permitted without written consent from the production company.
- All work shall be performed in compliance with the Turkish Labor Code (Law No. 4857) and the specific regulations governing the entertainment sector in Turkey Istanbul, including mandatory rest periods, working-hour limits, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Any overtime beyond the standard 10-hour workday will be compensated at 1.5× the daily rate specified in this Quotation Estimate. Overtime exceeding 14 hours per day requires the Actor's explicit written consent.
- The production company shall provide all necessary work permits, location clearances, and municipal approvals required for filming in Turkey Istanbul. The Actor is responsible for maintaining a valid Turkish work visa and residence permit for the duration of the engagement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or public health emergencies affecting Turkey Istanbul, shall suspend the Actor's obligations without penalty to either party. This Quotation Estimate shall be extended by the duration of the suspension.
- All intellectual property rights in the final film, including the Actor's performance, shall vest in the production company upon full payment. The Actor retains moral rights as defined under Turkish copyright law (Law No. 5846).
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Istanbul Arbitration Institute (ISTAC). The governing law shall be the Republic of Turkey.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a legally enforceable agreement for the Actor's services in Turkey Istanbul.
