This Quotation Estimate is issued by Emirates Stage & Screen Talent Agency LLC for the professional engagement of a contracted Actor for the production of a corporate theatrical performance and accompanying promotional video shoot to be staged in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The Actor will be engaged for a period of fourteen (14) consecutive working days, commencing on 1 August 2025, to deliver live stage performances, voice-over recordings, and on-camera appearances as part of the client's annual corporate gala and marketing campaign. All services shall be rendered in full compliance with the cultural and regulatory standards of the United Arab Emirates, including adherence to the Abu Dhabi Media Office guidelines and the Federal Authority for Culture and Arts requirements.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on market conditions in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 50% balance payment within seven (7) business days following the final performance date. All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the provider's designated account.
- The Actor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to the Federal Law on Media, Abu Dhabi cultural heritage guidelines, and the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
- Any changes to the scope of work, performance schedule, or location within Abu Dhabi must be communicated in writing at least five (5) business days in advance. Additional charges may apply for last-minute modifications.
- The Actor's image, voice, and performance recordings shall be licensed to the client for a period of twelve (12) months for use in corporate and promotional materials within the United Arab Emirates. Extended or international usage rights require a separate written agreement.
- In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to government-mandated event cancellations in Abu Dhabi, the Actor's engagement shall be suspended without penalty, and the schedule shall be rescheduled at the earliest mutually agreeable date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
