This Quotation Estimate is issued by Northwest Performance Talent Agency Ltd. in relation to the provision of a professional Actor for the principal role in the feature film production titled "Northern Echo." The Actor shall be engaged to perform on set, attend rehearsals, participate in promotional activities, and fulfil all contractual obligations as specified in the attached rider. All services shall be delivered within the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area and its immediate surroundings, with the primary base of operations located in the Manchester Media Quarter district.
The Actor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be a union-registered performer holding a valid Equity membership, with a minimum of ten years of professional stage and screen experience. The role requires a male or female performer aged between 35 and 50, capable of delivering emotionally complex dialogue, performing physical stunts of a moderate nature, and completing up to fourteen shooting days within a six-week production window.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the agency reserves the right to reissue this Quotation Estimate with revised rates reflecting current market conditions in the United Kingdom Manchester talent sector.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall be due upon execution of the definitive engagement contract. The remaining 50% shall be payable within fourteen (14) days of the final shooting day or the completion of all post-production obligations, whichever occurs later.
- All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of VAT, which shall be added at the prevailing rate of 20% in the United Kingdom. The agency is registered for VAT under the number GB 123 4567 89.
- The Actor's availability is contingent upon the production schedule confirmed in writing by the client. Any changes to the shooting schedule in United Kingdom Manchester that result in additional days beyond the fourteen (14) shooting days specified herein shall be billed at the daily rate stated in Item 01 of this Quotation Estimate.
- The Actor shall be required to attend all call times as communicated by the production's first assistant director. Call times shall not exceed twelve (12) hours per day, in accordance with Equity working conditions and the UK Working Time Regulations 1998.
- Should the production be cancelled or suspended for reasons beyond the control of the agency, the client shall be liable for a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total Quotation Estimate value, payable within seven (7) days of the cancellation notice.
- All intellectual property rights in the Actor's performance shall vest in the production company upon full payment of the fees set out in this Quotation Estimate. The Actor retains moral rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A binding agreement shall only come into force upon the execution of a formal engagement contract by both parties, incorporating the terms set out herein.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, United Kingdom.
- The agency shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement. Certificates of insurance shall be provided to the client upon request.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions set out above. This signature does not constitute acceptance of the Quotation Estimate; formal acceptance shall be made by execution of the definitive engagement contract.
