3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Actor may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United States Houston entertainment industry.
3.2 Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the Grand Total is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 60% shall be invoiced and payable within fifteen (15) business days following the completion of all Actor services and final delivery of performance materials.
3.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled start date in United States Houston will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within fourteen (14) days will be subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
3.4 Actor Availability: The Actor's schedule is subject to prior commitments. Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Actor's dates will be reserved exclusively for the client's production. Any schedule changes must be communicated in writing at least ten (10) business days in advance.
3.5 Intellectual Property: All performance rights, likeness usage, and recorded materials involving the Actor shall be governed by a separate Talent Usage Agreement to be executed prior to the first day of filming or performance in Houston, Texas.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Houston, Texas.
3.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, severe weather events common to the Houston area (including hurricanes and flooding), government mandates, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). The Actor's professional fee is subject to SAG-AFTRA or equivalent guild rate adjustments if applicable to the production type.By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Actor services in United States Houston and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein.
