We are pleased to present this formal Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a professional Actor for your upcoming commercial and promotional production. This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to reflect all applicable rates, fees, and conditions specific to talent engagements within the United States San Francisco metropolitan region, in full compliance with SAG-AFTRA local agreements and California state labor regulations.
This Quotation Estimate covers the professional services of a contracted Actor (SAG-AFTRA member) for a 45-second television commercial and a 90-second digital promotional video. The Actor will be engaged for a total of three (3) shooting days, with an estimated eight (8) hours of work per day, including setup, rehearsal, and wrap time. All filming will take place at the client's designated studio location in the SoMa district of United States San Francisco, with potential travel to secondary locations within a 25-mile radius of downtown San Francisco.
The Actor will be responsible for performing scripted dialogue, on-camera direction compliance, and any required voice-over sessions. Wardrobe consultation and basic grooming will be provided by our production team. The Actor is expected to arrive on set 30 minutes prior to the scheduled call time for each shooting day.

In accordance with standard industry practice for talent engagements in the United States San Francisco production market, payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 50% Deposit ($5,568.09): Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Actor engagement contract. This deposit secures the Actor's availability for the confirmed shooting dates.
- 40% Progress Payment ($4,454.47): Due within five (5) business days following the completion of the final shooting day.
- 10% Final Balance ($1,113.61): Due within ten (10) business days following delivery of the final edited footage and written release of the Actor's performance rights.
All payments shall be made via wire transfer or ACH to the account designated by Golden Gate Talent Productions, Inc. Late payments shall incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under California Civil Code Section 3289.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Actor are subject to reconfirmation and potential revision.
- The Actor named in this Quotation Estimate is a SAG-AFTRA union member. All terms of engagement are subject to the current SAG-AFTRA Television Code and applicable United States San Francisco local addenda.
- Any changes to the shooting schedule, location, or scope of the Actor's performance beyond what is described herein will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and may result in additional charges.
- Golden Gate Talent Productions, Inc. is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government-mandated shutdowns affecting the United States San Francisco area.
- The Actor shall not be required to work more than twelve (12) consecutive hours per day, in compliance with California Labor Code Section 510 and SAG-AFTRA working conditions.
- All intellectual property rights in the final recorded performance shall transfer to the client upon full payment, subject to the Actor's right of attribution as specified in the executed contract.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance section below. The binding agreement shall be the separately executed Actor Engagement Agreement.
- Governing law for this Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be the laws of the State of California, United States, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Superior Court of San Francisco County.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the specified Actor in the United States San Francisco production. This acceptance authorizes Golden Gate Talent Productions, Inc. to proceed with scheduling and contract preparation.
