This Quotation Estimate is issued by Orbital Dynamics Engineering Group Co., Ltd. to formally present the cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Aerospace Engineer to deliver specialized technical consulting, design validation, and systems integration support for the client's next-generation liquid rocket engine feasibility study. All professional services described herein will be performed by a certified Aerospace Engineer with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in high-thrust propulsion systems, thermal management, and structural dynamics. The Aerospace Engineer will be physically stationed at the client's facility in China Beijing for the duration of the engagement, ensuring direct collaboration with the in-house research team and full compliance with the regulatory framework governing aerospace activities within the People's Republic of China.
The scope encompasses preliminary design reviews, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation oversight, materials selection advisory for high-temperature alloys, vibration and acoustic analysis, and the preparation of a comprehensive technical feasibility report aligned with the standards of the China National Space Administration (CNSA). The Aerospace Engineer will also coordinate with local suppliers in the China Beijing industrial corridor for prototype component sourcing and will conduct weekly progress briefings for the client's executive committee.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates for Aerospace Engineer services in China Beijing.
- Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the mid-project review milestone, and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of the technical feasibility report.
- All Aerospace Engineer deliverables, including simulation data, design documents, and the final feasibility report, shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of the client, BAPRI, upon full payment.
- The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with all applicable regulations of the China National Space Administration, the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, and local ordinances in China Beijing governing the handling of aerospace-related technical data.
- Any scope modification exceeding ten percent (10%) of the original estimated workload will necessitate a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days of the change request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties in accordance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.
- All costs are quoted in Chinese Yuan (CNY). Where international payments are required, the exchange rate shall be the PBOC mid-rate on the date of invoicing.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms outlined herein for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer services described. This document serves as the formal cost basis for the subsequent Service Agreement to be drafted by the legal departments of both parties.
