2. Scope of Work — Aerospace Engineer ServicesThe Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities within the Indonesia Jakarta operational base:
- Conduct structural integrity analysis and fatigue life assessment for composite airframe components currently in the production pipeline at the Indonesia Jakarta manufacturing facility.
- Develop and validate computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models for aerodynamic optimization of next-generation regional aircraft wing profiles.
- Provide technical oversight and peer review of propulsion system integration, including turbofan engine mounting and thrust vectoring mechanisms.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, design verification documentation, and compliance submissions in accordance with Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) Indonesia regulations and ICAO standards.
- Coordinate with local and international certification authorities to ensure all design modifications meet airworthiness requirements applicable to Indonesia Jakarta-based operations.
- Deliver weekly progress presentations to the client's engineering management team at the Indonesia Jakarta headquarters and provide on-site technical support as required.
- Supervise a team of three junior engineers and two technical drafters assigned to the project within the Indonesia Jakarta office.
The Aerospace Engineer engagement shall commence on 1 August 2025 and conclude on 31 January 2026, representing a total contract period of six (6) months. All primary work shall be conducted at the client's facility located in Indonesia Jakarta, with the Aerospace Engineer expected to be on-site a minimum of five (5) business days per week. Remote consultation and off-site technical visits to partner facilities in other Indonesian provinces may be arranged at the client's discretion, with travel costs itemized separately in this Quotation Estimate.

* All amounts are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The grand total of IDR 860,805,000 (Eight Hundred Sixty Million Eight Hundred Five Thousand Rupiah) is inclusive of 11% Value Added Tax (PPN) as mandated by Indonesian tax law for services rendered in Indonesia Jakarta.
5. Payment Terms- 30% advance payment (IDR 258,241,500) due within fourteen (14) calendar days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Monthly progress payments of 11% (IDR 94,688,550) invoiced on the 25th of each month, payable within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt.
- Final payment of 19% (IDR 163,552,950) due upon successful completion of all deliverables and formal acceptance by the client's engineering directorate in Indonesia Jakarta.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of PT Nusantara Aerospace Consulting, Bank Mandiri, Jakarta Branch, Indonesia Jakarta.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary designs, data, and operational information of the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Any scope changes or additional engineering tasks beyond those described in Section 2 shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and written approval by both parties.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable Indonesian labor laws, aviation regulations, and safety protocols in force in Indonesia Jakarta throughout the engagement period.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or pandemics affecting Indonesia Jakarta, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and financial provisions set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of an Aerospace Engineer in Indonesia Jakarta.
