This Quotation Estimate is issued by AeroDynamics Consulting S.r.l. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a senior Aerospace Engineer for the duration of the project period. All engineering activities, site inspections, and technical consultations described herein shall be conducted within the metropolitan area of Italy Naples and its surrounding industrial zones, including the Port of Naples, the Capodichino International Airport vicinity, and the industrial district of Bagnoli.
The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this quotation shall possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in aerodynamic design, structural analysis, propulsion systems, and flight dynamics. The engineer shall be fully licensed and registered with the Italian Order of Engineers (Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Napoli) and shall comply with all applicable regulations set forth by ENAC (Ente Nazionale per l'Aviazione Civile) and EASA (European Union Aviation Safety Agency).

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the account of AeroDynamics Consulting S.r.l., IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1010 0000 0123 456, BIC: BLOPIT22, located in Naples, Italy:
- 30% advance payment (EUR 36,179.10) upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- 40% interim payment (EUR 48,238.80) due upon completion of Items 01 through 04, as confirmed by the client's written sign-off.
- 30% final payment (EUR 36,179.10) due within thirty (30) calendar days of project completion and delivery of all final engineering documentation.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
- All work performed by the Aerospace Engineer shall adhere to the technical specifications outlined in Annex A (attached separately) and shall comply with the Italian Civil Code (Codice Civile) and applicable EU aviation regulations.
- The client shall provide all necessary access to facilities, test equipment, and proprietary data located in Naples, Italy, to enable the Aerospace Engineer to perform the services described herein without undue delay.
- Intellectual property rights in all engineering designs, analyses, and reports produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment, subject to the Aerospace Engineer's right to reference the work in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal Change Order. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be quoted separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Naples region, government-mandated shutdowns, or acts of war, shall suspend obligations under this agreement without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Naples, Italy, in accordance with the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Naples (Camera di Commercio di Napoli).
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 for the entire duration of the engagement.
