This Quotation Estimate is issued by Orbital Dynamics & Aerospace Consulting Ltd. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Aerospace Engineer to deliver specialized technical services in Japan Kyoto. The scope encompasses structural analysis, propulsion system design review, aerodynamic simulation oversight, and compliance auditing aligned with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) standards and the Civil Aeronautics Bureau regulations applicable within the Kyoto metropolitan region.
The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project will operate primarily from our dedicated facility in Kamigyo-ku, Japan Kyoto, with periodic on-site visits to the client's research campus in Nishikyo-ku. All deliverables under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the technical specifications outlined in Appendix A of the master service agreement.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment (¥3,969,240): Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract, prior to the Aerospace Engineer commencing work in Japan Kyoto.
- 40% Milestone Payment (¥5,292,320): Due upon completion of the structural integrity analysis and propulsion system simulation deliverables, subject to client sign-off in Japan Kyoto.
- 30% Final Payment (¥3,969,240): Due within 14 business days of final project acceptance and delivery of all compliance documentation to the client in Japan Kyoto.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for the Aerospace Engineer services in Japan Kyoto are subject to revision based on market conditions and currency fluctuations.
- All work performed by the Aerospace Engineer shall adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards and the specific technical directives issued by JAXA and the Japan Aerospace Society, as applicable to projects conducted in Japan Kyoto.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of ¥500,000,000, valid throughout the project duration in Japan Kyoto.
- Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Orbital Dynamics & Aerospace Consulting Ltd., unless otherwise stipulated in a separate IP agreement executed in Japan Kyoto.
- Any scope changes or additional hours requested by the client beyond the hours specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the prevailing Aerospace Engineer hourly rate and require written approval prior to commencement.
- Confidentiality obligations under the Japan Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the client's proprietary data protocols shall be strictly observed by the Aerospace Engineer and all supporting personnel operating in Japan Kyoto.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Kyoto under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, rates, and scope of work detailed in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer in Japan Kyoto.
