This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atlas Aerospace Consulting SARL to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Aerospace Engineer for the structural design, analysis, and certification support of composite airframe components. All services will be delivered in accordance with the regulatory framework of the Moroccan Civil Aviation Authority (DGA) and applicable international standards including EASA Part 21 and FAA 14 CFR Part 23. The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), and possesses over twelve years of experience in composite structures, finite element analysis, and flight test data interpretation. The work will be executed primarily at the client's facility in Morocco Casablanca, with supplementary remote analysis sessions as required.

Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the FEA and design optimization phases (Items 02 and 03), and the remaining 30% upon delivery of the final project report and regulatory dossier. All payments shall be transferred via bank wire to the account of Atlas Aerospace Consulting SARL, Bank Al-Maghrib, Casablanca branch. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month in accordance with Moroccan commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and resource availability.
- All services will be performed by a qualified Aerospace Engineer who is a registered member of the Moroccan Order of Engineers (Ordre des Ingénieurs du Maroc) and holds valid professional liability insurance with a coverage of no less than 5,000,000 MAD.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable at the client's Morocco Casablanca facility, including PPE requirements and site access protocols.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, software templates, and pre-existing knowledge remain the property of Atlas Aerospace Consulting SARL.
- Confidentiality: All technical data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged during the course of this project shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data and the parties' mutual NDA.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or civil unrest affecting the Morocco Casablanca region.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Casablanca, Morocco.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by a formal Purchase Order from the client.
This estimate assumes that the client will provide timely access to the test article, existing design documentation, and flight test data. Travel and accommodation costs for the Aerospace Engineer within the Casablanca metropolitan area are included. Any travel to other Moroccan cities (e.g., Tangier, Oujda) for additional site visits will be billed separately at actual cost. Software licensing fees for specialized simulation tools beyond the standard ANSYS suite are excluded and will be quoted upon request.
