Thank you for the opportunity to submit this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a senior Aerospace Engineer to support the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority's ongoing infrastructure modernisation programme in Nigeria Abuja. This document outlines the full scope of services, associated costs, and contractual terms governing the proposed engagement. The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties in Nigeria Abuja:
- Conduct structural integrity assessments of aircraft maintenance hangars and apron infrastructure at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
- Provide technical advisory services on aerodynamic performance optimisation for the national fleet stationed in Nigeria Abuja.
- Develop and review engineering specifications for new aviation ground support equipment procurement.
- Supervise and certify all aerospace-related construction and retrofitting projects within the Abuja aviation corridor.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and compliance documentation in line with ICAO and NCAA regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with international aerospace partners and conduct joint engineering reviews as required.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments as follows:
- First instalment (25%): Due upon execution of the service agreement and commencement of the Aerospace Engineer's duties in Nigeria Abuja.
- Second instalment (25%): Due at the end of the third month of engagement.
- Third instalment (25%): Due at the end of the sixth month.
- Final instalment (25%): Due upon successful completion of all deliverables and submission of the final engineering report.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Aerospace Consulting Ltd., Zenith Bank, Abuja Branch, Account No. 1024-5587-3321. Invoices will be issued in Naira (NGN) and are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Nigeria Abuja.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall be available on-site in Nigeria Abuja a minimum of five (5) working days per week, Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 WAT.
- All intellectual property, technical reports, and engineering documentation produced under this engagement shall remain the sole property of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority.
- Apex Aerospace Consulting Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than NGN 500,000,000 for the duration of the contract.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such an event, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all applicable Nigerian aviation regulations, Federal Capital Territory building codes, and international aerospace engineering standards.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
