This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Aerospace Engineering Consultants Ltd. to formally outline the professional services, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a senior Aerospace Engineer to support the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority and its partner agencies in the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan region. The scope encompasses aerodynamic analysis, structural integrity assessment, propulsion system evaluation, and compliance auditing in accordance with ICAO standards and Nigerian aviation regulations.

The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this project will operate primarily from our Lagos headquarters at Victoria Island, with periodic field deployments to Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) facilities across the Lagos state corridor. All technical deliverables will be tailored to the operational environment of Nigeria Lagos, accounting for tropical humidity, coastal salt-air corrosion factors, and the specific fleet configurations currently in service at Nigerian airports.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates, inflation indices in Nigeria Lagos, and availability of the designated Aerospace Engineer.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance mobilization upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the mid-project milestone (Day 135), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance of all technical reports. All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) to the designated corporate account of Apex Aerospace Engineering Consultants Ltd.

3.3 Scope Adjustments: Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope defined herein will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued within five (5) business days. No work shall commence on out-of-scope items until written approval is received.

3.4 Intellectual Property: All technical reports, aerodynamic models, structural analyses, and proprietary methodologies developed by the Aerospace Engineer during the course of this engagement shall remain the intellectual property of Apex Aerospace Engineering Consultants Ltd. unless otherwise agreed in a separate licensing agreement.

3.5 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all operational data, fleet specifications, and security-sensitive information encountered during the Nigeria Lagos project deployment. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement.

3.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from acts of God, government-imposed aviation restrictions, civil unrest in the Lagos region, or other events beyond reasonable control.

3.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos under the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer services in Nigeria Lagos.
