Responsibilities include overall system architecture definition, mass properties budgeting, orbital mechanics verification, and final technical sign-off on all subsystem integration documents. The Aerospace Engineer will be physically present at the SAK facility in Russia Moscow for a minimum of 60% of total project hours, with the remaining time allocated to remote simulation work and peer review.

2.2 Structural and Thermal Analysis Team (3 Engineers)

A supporting team of three mid-level Aerospace Engineers will conduct finite element analysis (FEA) of the satellite primary structure, thermal vacuum simulation, and vibration qualification planning. All analysis will be performed using ANSYS Mechanical and Thermal modules, with results validated against GOST 24173-80 and GOST 24174-80 standards applicable in Russia Moscow.

2.3 Documentation and Reporting

The Quotation Estimate includes the preparation of 12 formal technical reports, 4 design review presentations, and a complete set of engineering drawings (CAD in DWG and PDF formats). All documentation will be formatted per the SAK corporate template and submitted to the Russia Moscow project office on a bi-weekly basis.

Approximate USD equivalent at the Central Bank of Russia rate of 92.40 RUB/USD: USD 768,519.48 (for reference only; all invoicing shall be in RUB).

Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client require an extension of validity, a written request must be submitted to the Russia Moscow project office no later than 5 business days prior to the expiry date. Rates are fixed for the duration of the Quotation Estimate validity period and are subject to renegotiation thereafter.
  • Milestone 1 (25%): Upon execution of the Master Services Agreement and receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate — RUB 17,752,800.
  • Milestone 2 (30%): Upon completion and acceptance of the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) deliverables — RUB 21,303,360.
  • Milestone 3 (30%): Upon completion and acceptance of the Critical Design Review (CDR) deliverables — RUB 21,303,360.
  • Milestone 4 (15%): Upon final acceptance of all documentation, CAD files, and the Aerospace Engineer's final technical sign-off report — RUB 10,651,680.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Orbital Dynamics & Systems Engineering Ltd. at Sberbank, Moscow, Russia Moscow. Invoices will be issued in Russian in accordance with Federal Tax Service regulations.

  • This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Master Services Agreement is executed by both parties.
  • All intellectual property generated under this engagement shall be owned by the State Aerospace Corporation, Russia Moscow, upon full payment.
  • The Aerospace Engineer and supporting team are bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data and applicable aerospace export control regulations.
  • Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value will require a formal Change Order signed by both parties.
  • Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent agreement shall be resolved by arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia Moscow, in accordance with the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting operations in Russia Moscow, shall be governed by the standard force majeure clause of the Master Services Agreement.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the scope, pricing, and terms described herein are acceptable. This signature authorizes Orbital Dynamics & Systems Engineering Ltd. to proceed with resource allocation and project mobilization in Russia Moscow.
