The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities on-site and remotely as directed by the client's Engineering Division in Saudi Arabia Jeddah:
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and fatigue assessment of commercial aircraft airframes (Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320neo families) in accordance with EASA Part-145 and GACA (General Authority of Civil Aviation) regulations.
- Develop and review engineering modification packages, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives applicable to the client's active fleet stationed at King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah.
- Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) supervision, including ultrasonic, eddy current, and radiographic inspections, ensuring compliance with SAE AS5412 and GACA maintenance standards.
- Provide technical liaison support between the client's maintenance teams and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for warranty claims, engineering queries, and component traceability.
- Prepare and submit engineering reports, compliance matrices, and technical documentation in both English and Arabic as required by Saudi regulatory authorities.
- Deliver on-site training sessions (minimum 40 hours per quarter) to the client's in-house maintenance engineers on advanced composite repair techniques and digital twin-based predictive maintenance methodologies.
- Attend and contribute to monthly engineering review boards held at the client's Jeddah headquarters facility.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period shall be subject to re-evaluation of pricing due to potential fluctuations in the Saudi labor market and exchange rates.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to GACA regulations, the Saudi Labor Law, and the Vision 2030 industrial development framework applicable to the aerospace sector in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- The Aerospace Engineer shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, a valid PPL or ATPL license (preferred), and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in commercial aircraft structural engineering. The engineer must possess a valid Saudi work permit (Iqama) or be eligible for sponsorship under the client's corporate visa program.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final project acceptance and submission of all deliverables. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the contract annexure.
- Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall remain the sole property of the client. The Aerospace Engineer and Al-Rashid Aerospace Engineering Consultants agree to a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary data, fleet configurations, and operational procedures.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics affecting operations in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party for a period not exceeding sixty (60) days.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Aerospace Engineer in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. This document, once countersigned by both parties, shall constitute a binding commercial agreement subject to the execution of a formal service contract.
