The scope of work described herein is tailored to the regulatory and operational requirements applicable to aerospace projects executed within the jurisdiction of Spain Barcelona, in full compliance with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations, the Spanish Aeronautical Technical Regulations (Reglamento de Aeronáutica Civil), and the local industrial standards enforced by the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The Aerospace Engineer assigned to this engagement will operate primarily from our Barcelona office located in the 22@ Innovation District, with the possibility of on-site visits to the client’s facilities within the greater Spain Barcelona metropolitan area, including but not limited to the Zona Franca industrial park and the El Prat de Llobregat aerospace corridor.

The Aerospace Engineer will perform the following tasks as part of this Quotation Estimate:

• Structural Design & Analysis: Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling of composite and metallic airframe components, ensuring compliance with CS-25 / CS-23 airworthiness standards applicable in Spain Barcelona.
• Systems Integration Review: Evaluation of avionics, propulsion, and flight-control subsystems for compatibility with the client’s platform specifications.
• Regulatory & Certification Support: Preparation of technical documentation for EASA and the Spanish Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC) submission, including Design Organisation Approval (DOA) liaison.
• Prototyping & Test Oversight: Supervision of ground-test campaigns and wind-tunnel validation sessions at facilities accessible from Spain Barcelona.
• Project Reporting: Monthly progress reports, risk registers, and technical deliverables formatted per the client’s quality management system (ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100D).

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of AeroSpace Engineering Solutions S.L. (IBAN: ES21 0049 0001 5320 9999 9999, BIC: BSCHESBB) in the following instalments:

• 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signature of the Service Agreement.
• 40% upon completion of the design and analysis phase (end of Month 3).
• 30% upon final delivery of all certification documentation and project close-out (end of Month 6).

Invoices are payable within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate established under Spanish Law 3/2004 on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Aerospace Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
2. All intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, as detailed in the separate Intellectual Property Addendum.
3. The Aerospace Engineer shall comply with all data-protection obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
4. Any change in scope exceeding 10% of the originally estimated hours will trigger a formal Change Order, to be agreed upon in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
5. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain Barcelona, with exclusive jurisdiction.
6. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of the contract for a period of five (5) years.
