The Aerospace Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables and activities throughout the contracted period:

• Conducting full-spectrum aerodynamic analysis and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modelling for the proposed composite wing structure, ensuring compliance with GCAA (General Civil Aviation Authority) standards applicable in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
• Performing structural integrity assessments, fatigue life predictions, and failure-mode analyses in accordance with EASA CS-25 and FAA Part 23/25 regulations, adapted to local UAE aviation authority requirements.
• Providing on-site technical supervision at the client's manufacturing facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, for a minimum of 120 working days per annum.
• Preparing and reviewing all engineering documentation, including design calculation reports, material certification dossiers, and flight-test readiness assessments.
• Coordinating with the GCAA and relevant international aviation authorities to facilitate type certification and airworthiness approvals specific to operations within United Arab Emirates Dubai and the broader GCC region.
• Delivering monthly progress reports and quarterly technical presentations to the client's senior management team.
• Providing emergency technical advisory support (24/7) for critical design anomalies or in-flight structural concerns during the prototype testing phase.

• 30% advance payment (AED 525,735.00) upon execution of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% milestone payment (AED 700,980.00) upon completion of the structural design phase and submission of all intermediate engineering reports.
• 30% final payment (AED 525,735.00) upon successful GCAA type certification approval and handover of the complete documentation package.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC, Emirates NBD, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Account details to be provided upon request.
• Invoices are payable within 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per UAE commercial law.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision without prior notice.
• The Aerospace Engineer engaged under this quotation shall operate in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to the UAE Civil Aviation Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2020 on Commercial Transactions, and GCAA operational directives.
• All intellectual property, design data, and engineering documentation produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
• Meridian Aerospace Consulting LLC shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of AED 10,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the contract.
• Any changes to the scope of work, additional analysis cycles, or extended on-site supervision beyond the stipulated 120 days shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rates specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), in accordance with the UAE Arbitration Law.
• This quotation does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
