This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atelier d'Architecture Benali & Partners, a licensed Architect firm registered with the Algerian Order of Architects (Ordre National des Architectes d'Algèrie), to provide comprehensive Architect services for the design and supervision of a residential villa project located in the El Biar district of Algiers, Algeria. The following Architect deliverables and professional services are included in this Quotation Estimate:
- Feasibility Study & Site Analysis: Preliminary assessment of the plot in El Biar, Algiers, including topographic survey review, orientation study, and compliance verification with the local urban planning regulations (Plan d'Aménagement et de Gestion du Territoire — PAGT) of the Algiers wilaya.
- Conceptual Design Phase: Development of the Architect's initial design concept, including massing studies, spatial organization, and preliminary floor plans for all levels of the 450 m² residential villa.
- Development Design Phase: Detailed Architect drawings including architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings. Coordination with structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and landscape engineering consultants.
- Permit Documentation: Preparation and submission of the complete Architectural dossier to the Direction de l'Urbanisme et de la Construction (DUC) of Algiers for the issuance of the building permit (permis de construire), in full compliance with Algerian Law 90-29 on urban planning and construction.
- Construction Documentation: Production of the full set of construction drawings, specifications, and technical notes required by the general contractor for execution of the works in Algiers.

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in the following installments, aligned with the key milestones of the Architect engagement in Algiers:
- 30% advance payment upon signing of the professional services contract (DZD 1,906,380).
- 25% upon approval of the Development Design and submission of the permit dossier to the DUC of Algiers (DZD 1,588,650).
- 35% during construction supervision, paid in equal monthly installments over the 18-month supervision period (DZD 2,224,110).
- 10% upon final handover and delivery of as-built documentation (DZD 635,460).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect firm reserves the right to revise the pricing due to potential changes in material costs, labor rates, or regulatory requirements in Algiers, Algeria.
- All Architect services described herein shall be performed in strict compliance with the Algerian professional code of ethics for Architects, the regulations of the Ordre National des Architectes d'Algèrie, and all applicable national and municipal building codes of the Algiers wilaya.
- The Architect firm shall not be held liable for delays caused by the client, third-party contractors, or administrative processing times at the DUC or any other Algerian governmental body in Algiers.
- Any additional Architect services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate (e.g., design revisions exceeding three iterations, additional site visits, or changes in project scope) shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional fee.
- All intellectual property rights over the Architectural drawings, designs, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall remain with the Architect firm until full payment is received. Upon full settlement, the client shall receive a non-exclusive license to use the documentation for the specific project in Algiers.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers, Algeria, in accordance with Algerian law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal professional services agreement is executed by both parties in accordance with Algerian civil and commercial law.
