This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Architectural Studio LLP, a registered Architect practice based in Mumbai, India, for the complete design, planning, and construction supervision of a residential villa project. The Architect shall provide all professional services as enumerated below, in compliance with the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) building regulations, the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning (MRTP) Act, 1966, and all applicable norms of the National Building Code of India (NBC).

* All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). The above Quotation Estimate is exclusive of statutory charges levied by BMC, Maharashtra State Government, or any third-party consultants not included in the scope. Travel and accommodation costs for site visits beyond 15 km from Nariman Point, Mumbai, shall be billed at actuals.
The total Quotation Estimate amount of INR 23,54,100 shall be disbursed by the client to the Architect in the following milestones:
- 25% Advance (INR 5,88,525): Upon signing of the Architect’s engagement agreement and receipt of the first installment.
- 25% (INR 5,88,525): Upon approval of Design Development drawings and submission of the building plan to BMC, Mumbai.
- 25% (INR 5,88,525): Upon receipt of Development Sanction from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai.
- 15% (INR 3,53,115): Upon completion of 50% of construction supervision (approximately month 9).
- 10% (INR 2,35,410): Upon project completion, handover of as-built drawings, and final sign-off by the Architect.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise fees based on prevailing market conditions in Mumbai, India.
- The Architect shall not be liable for delays caused by statutory authorities, force majeure events (including monsoon-related delays common in Mumbai), or client-initiated design changes beyond two (2) revision cycles per phase.
- All intellectual property, including drawings, 3D models, and design documents created by the Architect, shall remain the property of Meridian Architectural Studio LLP until full payment of the Quotation Estimate amount is received.
- The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of not less than INR 50,00,000, as mandated by the Council of Architecture, India.
- Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- The Architect shall adhere to the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of the Council of Architecture, Government of India, and the Maharashtra State Council of Architecture.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the firm’s designated account. No cash payments shall be accepted.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Mumbai, India, and agrees to the terms, conditions, and payment schedule outlined herein. This document constitutes a binding professional engagement between the Architect firm and the client upon execution by both parties.
