This Quotation Estimate is prepared by Al-Nakheel Architecture & Design Firm in response to the request from the client for comprehensive Architect services for a residential villa project located in Kuwait Kuwait City. The project involves the design, planning, and architectural supervision of a four-storey residential villa with a total built-up area of approximately 1,850 square metres, situated on a 1,200 square metre plot in the Salmiya district of Kuwait Kuwait City. The Architect will be responsible for all phases of design development, regulatory compliance with Kuwait Municipality standards, and on-site construction supervision throughout the project duration.

The following Quotation Estimate itemises the professional Architect services to be delivered. All work will be performed in accordance with the Kuwait Building Code, Kuwait Municipality regulations, and the professional standards of the Kuwait Society of Engineers. The Architect will coordinate with all necessary consultants including structural engineers, MEP engineers, and landscape architects as required for the project in Kuwait Kuwait City.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Architect reserves the right to revise fees due to market fluctuations or changes in project scope.

2. Payment shall be made in KWD (Kuwaiti Dinar) via bank transfer to the account of Al-Nakheel Architecture & Design Firm. A 25% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence the Pre-Design Phase.

3. The Architect will issue monthly progress invoices for the Construction Administration phase. All other phases will be invoiced upon completion and client sign-off of deliverables.

4. The client is responsible for all third-party costs including Kuwait Municipality fees, consultant fees (structural, MEP, landscape), soil testing, and any government levies applicable in Kuwait Kuwait City. These are not included in this Quotation Estimate.

5. The Architect shall not be liable for delays caused by government approval processes, force majeure events, or client-initiated design changes. Any additional Architect time required for design revisions beyond two (2) rounds per phase will be billed at a rate of 180 KWD per hour.

6. All intellectual property, drawings, and design documents produced by the Architect remain the property of Al-Nakheel Architecture & Design Firm until full payment is received. Upon full settlement, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the documents for the specific project in Kuwait Kuwait City.

7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Architect Services Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final contractual negotiation.

8. The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000 KWD throughout the project duration.

9. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent services shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait and under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Architect services and agrees to the terms outlined herein. The Architect confirms availability to commence work upon receipt of the advance payment and execution of the formal services agreement.
