Validity Period: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Architectural Studio Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Architect) in response to the client's request for comprehensive architectural design and consultancy services for a residential renovation and extension project located in Singapore Singapore. The Architect shall provide all professional services in strict compliance with the Building Control Act, the Building Regulations, and the guidelines set forth by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Singapore Singapore.
The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle of architectural design, from initial concept development through to construction supervision, ensuring that the project meets the highest standards of design excellence, structural integrity, and regulatory compliance within Singapore Singapore.

The total Quotation Estimate amount of SGD $141,000.00 shall be disbursed in accordance with the following milestone-based payment schedule, as agreed between the Architect and the Client:

4.1 This Quotation Estimate is a firm offer by the Architect and is subject to the client's written acceptance within the stated validity period. Any modifications to the scope of work after acceptance shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by the Architect.
4.2 All fees quoted in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of Government Stamp Duty, Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate of 9% in Singapore Singapore, and any applicable levies or statutory charges imposed by the relevant authorities in Singapore Singapore.
4.3 The Architect reserves the right to adjust the Quotation Estimate in the event of significant scope changes, additional site conditions, or regulatory amendments by URA, BCA, or other Singapore Singapore authorities that materially affect the project timeline or deliverables.
4.4 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design drawings, 3D models, renderings, and documentation produced by the Architect, shall remain the exclusive property of Meridian Architectural Studio Pte. Ltd. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such materials solely for the purpose of this project in Singapore Singapore.
4.5 The Architect shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD $2,000,000 per occurrence, as required by the Board of Architects of Singapore Singapore.
4.6 Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Architect's Professional Services Agreement shall be resolved through mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing resolution, through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
4.7 The Architect shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or pandemics affecting operations in Singapore Singapore.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Architect services in Singapore Singapore, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. This Quotation Estimate, once accepted, shall form part of the Architect's Professional Services Agreement between the parties.
