Scope of Work – Astronomer Platform Deployment in Germany Frankfurt

This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive cost structure for the procurement, deployment, and initial configuration of the Astronomer data engineering platform for use within the client's operational infrastructure located in Germany Frankfurt. The Astronomer platform will serve as the central orchestration and workflow management layer for all data pipelines, enabling the client to build, deploy, and monitor data workflows at scale in full compliance with German and European data protection regulations, including the GDPR (DSGVO).

The deployment will be hosted on a dedicated infrastructure within the Frankfurt region, ensuring low-latency access for all client teams operating out of the Frankfurt am Main office and its satellite locations across Hesse. All Astronomer services, including the Astronomer Control Plane, Astronomer Data Plane, and associated monitoring dashboards, will be provisioned and configured to meet the specific throughput and concurrency requirements identified during the initial discovery workshop conducted on 28 May 2025.

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing for Astronomer platform components and associated services may be subject to revision based on market conditions and vendor licensing updates.
All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT at the standard German rate of 19% will be applied as shown in the cost breakdown above.
The Astronomer platform deployment will be executed in the Frankfurt am Main region of Germany, ensuring full data residency within the European Union and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) as well as the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Payment terms: 50% of one-time costs due upon contract signature; remaining 50% due upon successful completion of the initial deployment phase. Recurring monthly and annual fees are invoiced in advance with a payment window of fourteen (14) days.
Any changes to the scope of work, including additional Astronomer compute nodes, expanded storage, or additional pipeline migrations, will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by DataBridge Solutions GmbH.
Warranty: All one-time deployment and configuration services carry a ninety (90) day defect liability period from the date of final acceptance in Frankfurt.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) will be executed prior to the commencement of any work.
Governing law: The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction: The competent courts of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
