This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request submitted by the Yangon University of Natural Sciences and the Department of Meteorology, Myanmar, for the engagement of a qualified Astronomer to conduct comprehensive celestial observation, astronomical survey, and technical advisory services within the Yangon metropolitan region and surrounding areas of Myanmar. The Astronomer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide expert-level analysis of celestial phenomena, atmospheric optical conditions, and astronomical data relevant to the geographic coordinates of Yangon, Myanmar (approximately 16.8° N latitude, 96.2° E longitude), where the tropical monsoon climate presents unique observational challenges and opportunities.
The scope of this Quotation Estimate encompasses all professional services, equipment deployment, fieldwork, data processing, and reporting that the Astronomer will deliver to the client in Myanmar Yangon over the stipulated project duration. All costs listed herein are inclusive of travel, accommodation, local transportation within Yangon, and professional fees. This Quotation Estimate does not include import duties or customs clearance for specialized astronomical instruments unless otherwise noted.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate by the client in Myanmar Yangon shall constitute a binding agreement for the Astronomer services described herein. Payment shall be made in US Dollars via international bank transfer to the account designated by the Astronomer's professional office. A fifty percent (50%) advance payment is required prior to the Astronomer's departure for Myanmar Yangon. The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be due within fourteen (14) days of delivery and acceptance of the final Astronomer's Report.
The Astronomer reserves the right to adjust the schedule of observation nights in Myanmar Yangon due to adverse weather conditions, particularly during the monsoon season (May–October), which may reduce clear-sky availability. Any such adjustments will be communicated in writing to the client no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours in advance. This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working conditions at the designated observation site in Yangon, Myanmar, and does not account for force majeure events including but not limited to political instability, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions within Myanmar.
Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Astronomer shall commence the site assessment phase within ten (10) business days. The full project timeline, from initial deployment in Myanmar Yangon to final report delivery, is estimated at approximately four (4) calendar months. All intermediate data deliverables shall be shared with the client bi-weekly via secure electronic transmission. The final Astronomer's Report shall be submitted in both digital (PDF) and printed (three hard copies) formats to the client's office in Yangon, Myanmar.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for the Astronomer engagement in Myanmar Yangon and is non-transferable. All astronomical data collected under this agreement shall remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed in a separate data-sharing memorandum. The Astronomer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including but not limited to foreign worker permits and scientific research authorization requirements.By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Astronomer services to be rendered in Myanmar Yangon.
