This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Astronomer service rates and availability may be subject to revision.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the Astronomer observation phase, and 20% upon delivery of the final technical report. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) to our designated bank account in Singapore Singapore.
The Astronomer services described herein are to be performed exclusively within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore. Any extension of services to locations outside Singapore Singapore will require a separate Quotation Estimate and written amendment to this agreement.
All data, observations, and reports generated by our Astronomer team shall remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. However, anonymised aggregate data may be used for academic publication with prior written consent.
The Lead Astronomer and supporting team are fully insured under professional indemnity and public liability policies registered in Singapore Singapore, with coverage of not less than SGD 5,000,000 per occurrence.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe tropical weather systems common to Singapore Singapore, government-mandated closures, or equipment supply disruptions, may result in schedule adjustments. The Astronomer team will provide written notice within 24 hours of any such event.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Acceptance may be communicated via email or signed copy returned to our office in Singapore Singapore.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent Astronomer services engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre.
