1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Brussels Audit & Advisory Partners BV to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Auditor to perform statutory and advisory audit services for the client's fiscal year 2024–2025. The Auditor engagement will be conducted in full compliance with the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations (Wetboek van Vennootschappen en Verenigingen), the International Standards on Auditing (ISA) as adopted in Belgium, and the regulatory requirements set forth by the Belgian Institute of Chartered Accountants and Advisors (IBEC). All Auditor activities described in this Quotation Estimate will be physically executed at the client's registered office in Belgium Brussels, with supplementary fieldwork conducted at the Auditor's Brussels office as required.

3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Auditor fee structure may be subject to revision based on current Belgian market rates and IBEC fee guidelines.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 30% (€ 10,831.92 incl. VAT) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be invoiced in two equal instalments: 50% upon completion of fieldwork and 50% upon delivery of the final Auditor's report. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the Brussels office account (IBAN: BE00 0000 0000 0000).
3.3 Auditor Independence: The Auditor engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain full independence and objectivity as required by Belgian law and the IBEC Code of Ethics. No non-audit services that would impair independence shall be provided to the client during the engagement period.
3.4 Confidentiality: All financial data, internal documents, and proprietary information shared with the Auditor in Belgium Brussels shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, in accordance with the Belgian Data Protection Act and GDPR.
3.5 Scope Limitation: This Quotation Estimate covers the Auditor services explicitly listed in Section 2. Any additional procedures, extended fieldwork, or supplementary engagements requested by the client beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and the resulting Auditor engagement agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels.
3.7 Cancellation: Should the client wish to cancel the Auditor engagement after the initial deposit has been paid, the deposit shall be non-refundable. Cancellation after fieldwork has commenced shall incur a charge of 50% of the remaining balance.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding estimate of costs. Final billing will reflect actual hours worked by the Auditor team, provided that the total shall not exceed 110% of the estimated amount without prior written approval from the client. All rates are exclusive of applicable Belgian VAT unless otherwise stated. 4. Acceptance and AuthorisationBy signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Auditor services in Belgium Brussels and authorises Brussels Audit & Advisory Partners BV to proceed with the engagement as described herein.
