This Quotation Estimate is issued by Mumbai Audit & Assurance LLP to provide comprehensive Auditor engagement services for the financial year 2024–2025. The Auditor team, based in India Mumbai, shall perform statutory and limited audit procedures in strict compliance with the Standards on Auditing issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, as applicable to entities registered and operating in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Auditor firm reserves the right to revise the pricing due to changes in professional fee structures in India Mumbai.
- The total amount of INR 21,18,100 (Rupees Twenty-One Lakh Eighteen Thousand One Hundred Only) is inclusive of all professional fees, statutory levies, and GST at 18% as mandated by the Government of India.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon submission of the draft audit report by the Auditor, and 20% upon final sign-off and delivery of the statutory audit report to the client's registered office in Mumbai.
- The Auditor engagement shall be governed by the engagement letter to be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of fieldwork. The engagement letter shall reference this Quotation Estimate No. QTE/MUM/2025/00472.
- All audit working papers, management letters, and compliance reports prepared by the Auditor shall remain the confidential property of the client. The Auditor firm shall maintain these records for a minimum of eight (8) years as per ICAI regulations and Indian law.
- The Auditor team shall be led by a Partner or a Senior Manager holding a valid Certificate of Practice from ICAI and registered with the Mumbai branch of the Institute. All fieldwork shall be conducted at the client's premises in Mumbai or at the Auditor's office at Nariman Point, Mumbai.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be billed separately at the prevailing hourly rate of INR 3,500 per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the authorised signatory of Mumbai Audit & Assurance LLP.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
