This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the client's request for specialized Automotive Engineer services to be delivered on-site in Afghanistan Kabul. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of automotive technical support, diagnostics, fleet maintenance oversight, and engineering consultancy for a mixed fleet of commercial and light-duty vehicles operating within the Kabul metropolitan area and surrounding provincial routes.
The designated Automotive Engineer will be a certified professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in vehicle systems engineering, powertrain diagnostics, and fleet management. The engineer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections, developing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical faults, supervising local workshop technicians, and producing detailed engineering reports for the client's operations management team.
All services will be rendered in Afghanistan Kabul, with the primary work location being the client's designated facility in Karim Khan District. The Automotive Engineer will also be required to travel to secondary sites within a 150-kilometer radius of Kabul as operational needs dictate.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, security situation changes in Afghanistan Kabul, or currency adjustments.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement. All payments shall be made via wire transfer to the issuing company's designated bank account.
- The Automotive Engineer shall comply with all local regulations, labor laws, and security protocols applicable in Afghanistan Kabul. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary work permits, local clearances, and security escorts required for the engineer's safe deployment.
- Working hours shall be Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 local time, with a maximum of 48 hours per week. Overtime, if required, shall be compensated at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate and must be pre-approved in writing by the client's project manager.
- All diagnostic data, engineering reports, and technical documentation produced by the Automotive Engineer during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The issuing company retains no rights to reproduce or distribute such materials without written consent.
- In the event of a security emergency, natural disaster, or government-mandated shutdown in Afghanistan Kabul, the contract timeline shall be extended proportionally without additional cost to the client. The Quotation Estimate pricing remains fixed for the duration of the extended period.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement referencing this document by its Quotation Number (QTE-AFG-KBL-2025-0417).
