1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation EstimateThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Delta Automotive Engineering Solutions to provide Nile Delta Motors S.A.E. with a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Automotive Engineer to deliver technical consultancy, design validation, and production-line optimization services. The scope of work described herein is specifically tailored to the operational requirements of the client's manufacturing facility located in Egypt Alexandria, where local regulatory standards, climate conditions, and supply-chain logistics must be factored into every engineering deliverable. This Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing on 1 August 2025 and concluding on 31 July 2026, unless otherwise extended by mutual written agreement.
2. Scope of Services – Automotive Engineer EngagementThe Automotive Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in powertrain systems, chassis engineering, and vehicle integration. The following services are included within this Quotation Estimate:
- Technical Design Review: Monthly on-site visits to the Egypt Alexandria production plant to evaluate new vehicle platform designs, validate CAD models, and ensure compliance with Egyptian Ministry of Transport regulations and ECE standards.
- Production Line Optimization: Analysis of assembly processes, identification of bottlenecks, and implementation of lean-manufacturing recommendations to reduce cycle time by a target of 12 percent.
- Quality Assurance Audits: Quarterly audits of the final assembly line, including torque verification, electrical harness inspection, and road-test protocol validation specific to the coastal and high-humidity environment of Egypt Alexandria.
- Supplier Technical Support: Liaison with Tier-1 and Tier-2 component suppliers to resolve engineering discrepancies, approve material substitutions, and maintain the approved-parts list.
- Regulatory Compliance Reporting: Preparation of all mandatory technical documentation required by the Egyptian Standards and Metrology Organization (ESMO) for vehicle type-approval in the Egypt Alexandria market.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Delta Automotive Engineering Solutions at CIB, Egypt Alexandria Branch. The payment schedule is structured as follows:
- Advance Payment: 25 percent (EGP 402,420) due within ten (10) business days of contract signature.
- Quarterly Installments: 20 percent (EGP 321,936) per quarter, invoiced on the first business day of each quarter.
- Final Settlement: Remaining balance due within fifteen (15) business days of project completion and final acceptance report.
Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5 percent per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Egypt Alexandria.
- The Automotive Engineer shall devote a minimum of 160 hours per month to the client's project. Any additional hours beyond this threshold shall be billed at EGP 1,200 per hour, subject to prior written approval.
- All intellectual property, design documents, and technical reports produced under this engagement shall become the sole property of Nile Delta Motors S.A.E. upon full payment.
- Delta Automotive Engineering Solutions shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000, valid throughout the contract period in Egypt Alexandria.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate and the resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Alexandria in accordance with the rules of the Egyptian Arbitration Center.
- All communications, reports, and deliverables shall be prepared in English, with Arabic translations provided for regulatory submissions to ESMO.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. The engagement of the Automotive Engineer shall commence upon receipt of the advance payment and execution of the formal service agreement.
