This Quotation Estimate is issued by our Automotive Engineer consultancy firm, headquartered in France Paris (75008, 8th Arrondissement), to provide comprehensive engineering services for the design, validation, and integration of next-generation electric vehicle chassis components. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of the Automotive Engineer engagement, from initial feasibility studies conducted in our France Paris laboratory facilities through to final homologation support in compliance with European Union regulations (ECE R100, R136) and French national standards (NF EN). All deliverables under this Quotation Estimate shall be executed by a certified Automotive Engineer team with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of combined experience in powertrain, structural, and thermal systems engineering. The France Paris location ensures proximity to major OEM partners, testing grounds at Vincennes, and the regulatory bodies of the Direction de la Sécurité Routière (DSR).

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in four (4) installments via SEPA bank transfer to our France Paris corporate account (IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123). The schedule is as follows: 30% upon signature of this Quotation Estimate; 25% upon completion of Line Items 01 and 02; 25% upon completion of Line Items 03 and 04; and the remaining 20% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and issuance of the Homologation Dossier. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, in accordance with French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10). Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate applicable in France Paris.
4. TERMS & CONDITIONSGeneral Provisions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in France Paris.
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall be carried out by qualified Automotive Engineer professionals registered with the French Ordre des Ingénieurs and holding valid professional liability insurance (RC Pro) with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 EUR.
- The Automotive Engineer team shall comply with all applicable French labor regulations, including the Code du Travail, and shall operate from our registered office in France Paris (75008) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, tools, and know-how of the Automotive Engineer firm remain the exclusive property of the firm.
- Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of this engagement for a period of five (5) years, in compliance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, or government-mandated closures in France Paris, shall suspend obligations proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of France Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris), or by arbitration under the rules of the CCI Paris if both parties so agree in writing.
- Any modification to the scope, timeline, or pricing of this Quotation Estimate must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement for the Automotive Engineer services described herein, to be executed in France Paris and in accordance with French law. This document is issued in two (2) original copies, one for each party.
