1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Nakheel Automotive Engineering Solutions W.L.L. to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Automotive Engineer to deliver specialized technical services at the client's facility located in Kuwait Kuwait City. The scope of work encompasses diagnostic system calibration, powertrain performance optimization, emissions compliance testing in accordance with Kuwait Environmental Protection Authority (KEPA) regulations, and the development of a preventive maintenance program for a fleet of 120 commercial vehicles. 3. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation of pricing by Al-Nakheel Automotive Engineering Solutions W.L.L.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the on-site diagnostic and calibration phases, and 20% upon final handover of all documentation and training materials.
All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to the account designated in the commercial invoice issued alongside this Quotation Estimate.
The Automotive Engineer assigned to this project shall comply with all labor regulations of the State of Kuwait, including valid work permit, civil ID, and professional license issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Any change in scope, additional vehicles beyond the 120-unit fleet, or extended timelines must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution. Revised costs will be appended as an addendum to this Quotation Estimate.
Confidentiality: All vehicle data, fleet performance metrics, and proprietary calibration parameters obtained during the engagement are the exclusive property of the client. The Automotive Engineer and Al-Nakheel shall not disclose such information to any third party without written consent.
Warranty: Al-Nakheel guarantees the workmanship of the Automotive Engineer for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of final acceptance. Any calibration drift or diagnostic error attributable to the services rendered shall be rectified at no additional cost.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Disputes shall be resolved through the Kuwait Commercial Courts in Kuwait City.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, extreme weather events affecting Kuwait Kuwait City, or supply chain disruptions.

4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, confirms that the scope of work, pricing, and terms are acceptable, and authorizes Al-Nakheel Automotive Engineering Solutions W.L.L. to proceed with the engagement of the Automotive Engineer as described herein.
