This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Apex Automotive Engineering Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. to Al-Falah Motors & Manufacturing Co. for the provision of comprehensive Automotive Engineer consulting, design, testing, and quality assurance services. The scope of work described herein is specifically tailored to the operational requirements of the client's manufacturing facility located in Pakistan Karachi, and all pricing, logistics, and regulatory compliance considerations reflect the local industrial environment, labor market conditions, and applicable Sindh provincial regulations governing automotive engineering practices.
The following services will be delivered by a dedicated team of qualified Automotive Engineer professionals under the supervision of our Lead Automotive Engineer, Eng. Muhammad Imran Siddiqui (15+ years of experience in powertrain, chassis, and vehicle electronics):
- Vehicle Design & Development: End-to-end design support for a new compact SUV model, including CAD modeling, structural analysis, and prototype fabrication oversight at the Karachi workshop facility.
- Powertrain Engineering: Optimization of the 1.5L petrol engine and 6-speed manual transmission, including combustion analysis, emissions calibration to meet Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PEPA) standards, and fuel efficiency benchmarking.
- Chassis & Suspension Engineering: Design validation of the independent front suspension and torsion beam rear axle, with road testing conducted on Karachi's varied terrain including coastal roads, industrial highways, and urban traffic conditions.
- Electrical & Electronics Systems: Integration of the vehicle's ECU, CAN bus architecture, infotainment system, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) modules.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Durability testing, NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) analysis, crash simulation (FEA), and compliance testing in accordance with Pakistan Motor Vehicle Rules and Sindh Motor Vehicles Ordinance.
- Manufacturing Process Engineering: Development of assembly line procedures, torque specifications, and quality control checklists for the production floor in Karachi.

* All amounts are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The above Quotation Estimate is exclusive of any third-party laboratory fees, imported component costs, or government permit charges that may be incurred during the project lifecycle in Pakistan Karachi.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the local labor market, fuel costs, or regulatory requirements in Pakistan Karachi.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of prototype fabrication and road testing, and 30% upon final delivery of all documentation and completion of the training program.
- All Automotive Engineer personnel assigned to this project will be subject to the client's site safety protocols at the Karachi facility. The service provider shall ensure all engineers hold valid professional registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by both parties unless otherwise specified in a separate IP agreement.
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond the items listed in Section 3 will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before execution.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- The service provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of PKR 50,000,000 throughout the project duration.
- All work shall comply with the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) standards and applicable Sindh provincial motor vehicle regulations.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for Automotive Engineer services to be performed in Pakistan Karachi. This document, once countersigned, shall constitute a binding service agreement between the two parties.
